Embracing the spirit of adventure

By Cassandra Tyndall

As the astrological cogs begin to shift, you too might be noticing shifts within your own life. Planetary heavyweight Saturn begins to change direction, signaling an end to an ongoing grind that began in May. This isn’t to say that things will suddenly get better, but at least the tide has turned. Restrictions or limitations of various forms may lift and the light at the end of the tunnel may seem visible, even if it’s just a little bit.

Relationships of all kinds take on an upbeat and jovial vibe now that Venus has moved into Sagittarius. In this sign, you can expect more hope, movement and optimism. New and old friendships, alliances and romantic pairings can become solidified this week. Be open and flexible to changing plans and spontaneity. Many of us have been confined by constrictions we never asked for. It may take a little bit of getting used to, so be prepared to overlook mishaps and snafus and focus on the big picture.

This week has a feeling of goodwill and grace. Enjoy the sweet moments and embrace a spirit of adventure. While things are far from perfect, if you’re open to seeing it, there are more opportunities and support available than there’s been for a while!

I don’t know when it first happened, but one day many years ago, after indulging in a donut, I experienced some odd discomfort in my chest; it was a burning sensation that felt like I had burped up acid. I didn’t initially attribute the feeling to the donut, but after having it occur multiple…
