Stay present

By Cassandra Tyndall

They say that to be stuck in the past can keep you in a state of depression, while being too future-focused can be a cause of anxiety. Therefore, happiness is a state of presence in the here and now, that is why it is called the present.
A full moon in Aquarius Monday illuminated the path that lies beyond 2020, while at the same time, it also invites reflection on the recent months from March to June. Those months, while tough for many, held great pearls of wisdom that may be revealed under the moon’s continued iridescent glow. Something hidden may come into the light, helping make the path ahead easier to navigate.

Simultaneously holding space for the past, the present and the future may feel like some kind of cosmic juggling act. The way forward lies in that sweet spot between integrating the lessons you’ve already learned into your future plans. While at the same time, either accepting or appreciating exactly where you are in this moment. Things are likely to change quickly, so it may be wise to prepare yourself accordingly.

Planets of communication and connection, Mercury and Venus, change signs for the first time since April. This change in the astro-weather may bring welcome progress to matters of love and money.
