Final Stats

Total weight lost = 73 Pounds

Total inches lost = 52

Greatest reduction in waist = Justin “Koko” Restreppo with 4.5 inches lost

Most weight lost = Jim Haff with 25 pounds lost

Greatest conditioning change = Suzanne Ellis- Leonard who decreased her resting, working and recovery heart rate and increased all exercises in the fit test.

Plank champion = Meg Dennison

Most improved overall = Barb Wood

Trivia:

IF you were to drink 6-8 20oz. Coca-Cola bottles a day for 45 day (roughly the length of this challenge) how much would that be? 5,400 oz. or over 42 gallons!! That’s enough to fill two kiddie pools!
