Your weekly horoscope, July 27 – August 2

March 21 – April 20

There could be some surprises in store in terms of your financial situation at the moment – either for better or worse. Regardless of what’s going on there, when was the last time you had fun? You don’t have to go out and splash a pile of cash to do so. It could be as simple as a good conversation, a belly laugh or a board game. Unleash your inner child this week and the creative breakthrough you need to solve a problem may arrive.

July 21 – August 20

The annual New Moon in your sign happens this week. The lunation also makes a golden link to expansive and hopeful Jupiter in Aries. For the first time in a while, you might be able to see the light at the end of a long and arduous tunnel. Sure, there are still relationship issues and career–related turbulence too. Put other people’s problems, or even your own, to one side, dive into your heart and ask yourself; “what do I truly want?” Follow your heart.

November 21 – December 20

Leading a life that matters to you is one of the most vital parts of what it means to be you. Whether it’s an academic, spiritual or religious path, or simply having something to look forward to, you need to be able to see beyond the here and now. Fortunately, your stars this week look fabulous for making future plans. If you’ve been thinking about booking a holiday, signing up for a course or simply committing to having more fun – then go for it!

April 21 – May 20

The longest hours you’ll have in your life are the ones you sit through to know if you’re right. I can’t take credit for that because they’re lyrics from a Slipknot song, but it does sum up where you’re at now. There’s worry and stress. Do you change, stay the same? Stay or go? Bend or break? Sometimes you have to ride out the storm and assess the damage at the end. Whatever life raft you do have, might be worthwhile holding on to it.

August 21 – September 20

Rest will be paramount for you this week, especially if stress levels have reached a peak. Sleep hygiene may be a factor too, so avoid doom scrolling while in bed. You might even consider having a week off social media or even being less available to others. As you turn down your dial of availability to others, you’ll be more available to yourself, your top priorities as well as your future self. That is your challenge this week – to see beyond the current situation.

December 21 – January 21

It’s always wise to know where you’re at financially. This week’s New Moon will inspire you to make some new goals around your money that you’d like to see blossom over the next six months. See where you can cut back on unnecessary purchases so you can siphon cash into something more meaningful or worthwhile. Don’t be so aggressive that there is no wiggle room for fun and romance which is very much part of the picture now too.

May 21 – June 20

You’re taking your fair share of the cosmic damage this week as Mercury, your ruler, takes some hits. While there may be a few problems to solve, there are also many things going really well for you. Where your mind goes, energy flows. So this week, decide what is worth your mental energy and toil and discard what is giving you more worries than it’s probably worth. A good way to start is to embrace a solid daily routine rather than spinning your wheels each day.

September 21 – October 20

The Leo New Moon represents one of the luckiest lunations for you each year. This is because it activates your 11th house of good spirit. Friends, alliances and good opportunities may rise up to meet you with ease, flow and grace. Other people, either in your personal or professional life may show up with the solutions you need to grow and expand in ways you can’t imagine right now. The best is yet to come. So make as many wishes as you want!

January 21 – February 20

As a fixed sign, you’re copping the brunt of the astrological intensity right now. A New Moon in your relationship zone does offer a fresh start and a new perspective if things have been less than great in that area of life. Be open to a new perspective, a new way of approaching partnership, especially when it comes to your daily routines and habits. Easier said than done, but if you’re less than happy about something, start by changing your mind about it.

June 21 – July 20

Your stars look wonderful for career prospects or making progress in terms of your major life direction. Money looks great as well! What might be a little turbulent? – your friends! Perhaps someone doesn’t approve of what you’re doing, how you’re changing or the decisions you’re making. Maybe it’s a sign of your positive progress and your need to have your friends reflect where you’re heading rather than where you’ve been. Updating your personal appearance could be a part of the picture too!

October 21 – November 20

When I was young and hit some troubled times, my grandfather sent me a card with some words of wisdom. He wrote, “Keep your mouth shut and your chin up.” This may be sage wisdom for you this week, especially in a professional situation. It may feel as though everyone is coming at you from all directions. Rather than lash out, keep your cool and keep on working. Burrowing down and focusing on what matters will see you the victor.

February 21 – March 20

All your recent efforts and hard work may begin to show signs of paying off. A New Moon in your hard work zone making a fortunate link to Jupiter in your money zone this week will plant seeds for future growth and progress. Your question right now is how can make some tweaks that can help you work smarter, rather than harder. While the prognosis looks good, there is always room for improvement. Also, don’t take your physical health and wellbeing for granted either.
