Thayer announces candidacy for Rutland City assessor

Dear Editor,

As you may know, I am running for Rutland City Assessor on Town Meeting Day, March  2.

I am not into political endorsements. I will run on my proven experience in Real Estate mortgage financing, my experience doing title searches and RE closing settlements and my experience as a banker. My work in accounting, tax and auditing. My experience being a professional business office leader and manager for 30 years. As well as, my master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accountancy. Lastly, my years in City government and on the Board of Aldermen.

I seek your endorsement on election day with your  vote!

Also, I’m not the candidate that will stand at or have people at the polls on Election Day. To me, that is your day.  Your day to exercise your Constitutional Right to vote. I may visit the polls, but I will not bug you in your day.

If you have any questions, please contact at 802-417-7734 or gmthayer1@aol.com

I’m very qualified for the City Assessor position. I hope to earn your vote on Tuesday, 2 March. Thank you.  Respectfully,

Gregory M. Thayer, MBA, MPA, Rutland
