Celebrate Christmas at Billings Farm & Museum

Dec. 19- Jan. 3—WOODSTOCK—Take a safe, outdoor holiday outing with your family, filled with holiday cheer! Christmas at the Farm will be featured daily Dec. 19 – Jan. 3, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (excluding Christmas Day).

Victorian traditions begin with a horse-drawn sleigh ride (socially distanced and conditions permitting) available from Dec. 26-Jan. 1. An additional fee of $5 per person and preregistration is required. Spaces are limited. Reservation information will be available on our website beginning Dec. 19. Call 802-457-2355 to schedule your ride beginning Dec. 21.

Victorian Christmas traditions are on display in our authentically decorated farmhouse parlor exhibit. Remember your visit with family pictures in front of our festive, 10-foot Christmas tree. Enjoy holiday stories and cooking demonstrations of holiday foods. Vote for your favorite gingerbread house crafted by Billings Farm staff!

See Billings Farm decorated in festive lights and toast s’mores by our fire pit. Meet a calf in the Activity Barn and learn about the Billings Farm dairy farm. Stroll by the pastures on a poetic Story Walk featuring Robert Frost’s Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.

New this year! Explore the scenic winter landscapes with take a snowshoe trek around the farm fields. Bring your own snowshoes or rent from the Nordic Center or the Activity Center at the Woodstock Inn & Resort.

Stop by the Museum Gift Shop for Vermont-made products: Billings Farm cheeses, games and stuffies, honey, maple syrup, and much more.
