Discover solutions for healthier living with chronic pain

Monday, Feb. 3 at 11 a.m.—RUTLAND—Living with chronic pain can affect every aspect of your life, from your ability to work and maintain relationships to shopping for food and making the bed. In fact, about 100 million Americans are currently living with chronic pain. That number exceeds those living with diabetes, cancer and heart disease combined.

Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Community Health team is hosting a free chronic pain self-management program on Monday, Feb. 3, from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at Templewood Court, 5 Tremont St. in Rutland. This program will focus on problem solving, proper medication usage, emotions, exercise and nutrition.
