Democrats John Bartholomew and Elizabeth Burrows secured House seats for the Windsor-1 district, over Paul Belaski on Tuesday.
Bartholomew and Burrows were tied in official results, with each getting about 30% of the vote, while Belaski got about 20% of the vote. They face no challenges in the November general election.
