5 ways to protect yourself and others

Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds with antibacterial soap and water. By doing this you eliminate viruses and avoid infection by then touching your eyes, mouth, and nose.

Utilize hand sanitizer (60% alcohol or more) when hand washing is not an immediate option.

Remain home as much as possible. Self-quarantine is the best way to help prevent spread.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces — including your phone.

Wear a cloth mask covering your mouth and nose if you need to leave your home for an essential purpose or will be near other people.

If you are sick or concerned about your health, call your healthcare provider by phone. Please avoid going to the hospital, except in a life-threatening situation.
