Friday, Feb. 14—KILLINGTON—Casey’s loves making burgers with great care and prime ingredients, and with timely themes.For this Valentine’s Day the romantic chef Mike has been busy creating another special for the Valentine menu, Casey’s Love Burger.

Made in-house from hand-pressed Vermont beef and grilled filet mignon, with bacon jam, Bayley Hazen Blue cheese, juicy ripe tomato and lettuce topped with an amarena cherry bittersweet chocolate heart!

All you need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt, or so said Charles Schulz, the creator of Peanuts.The love compound in chocolate is phenethylamine which stimulates the nervous system and triggers the release of endorphins – hence the chocolate heart on top of the Casey’s Love Burger.
