I’m a 1-year-old Labrador mix. I came from another shelter. I have a sensitive side and take time to warm up to others, but I can be really friendly and spunky once I am confident of my surroundings! I love other dogs and might enjoy a cat friend or two, but we may take a little more time to get used to one another. I love long walks and playing ball. I would do well with older children who understand my shy nature and that have been around dogs before. While all the changes have made me a bit more reserved, I cannot wait to find my forever home and break out of my shell!

The heartbeat of Vermont: Leaders with empathy, engagement, and enthusiasm
