This week’s Horoscopes are coming out under the light of a Leo Sun and a Libra Moon. Ordinarily, this combination generates energy that feels a lot like a trip to the candy store, but I am not so sure it’s going to work that way, this time. By 12-noon on the East Coast an opposition between Uranus and the Moon will tip us over for at least four hours.
Uranus-Moon aspects are tricky. They upset the emotional applecart. The reasons for this vary from person to person. Sometimes it’s the female factor, and the women in our lives that start going nuts; sometimes it’s stuff with our kids, or influences in the home that turn life upside down.
During the hours that this aspect is in play, the best we can do is pay attention to the signs and stay centered enough to deal with over-the-top, totally changeable circumstances. Depending on how we’re wired this will be easy or difficult, due to a hard square between Venus and Mars, and an ongoing square between Saturn and Neptune.
The Venus-Mars aspect is playing tag with itself, in a way that creates conflict between the Male and the Female. “What else is new?” you might say. In this case, coupled with the Saturn-Neptune contact, in our weaker moments, a level of uptight, super persnickety energy will battle with a stronger force that only wants to be off on the tip of its arrow, and has no room for the small stuff.
When things get like this, it always comes down to awareness. Nothing is intrinsically good or bad—and, P.S., the planets aren’t out to get us. Our job, in any situation is to stay clear enough to not let our programming interfere with our ability to come from love, and remain 100 percent authentic, no matter what’s going on.
The ongoing Saturn-Neptune square has us dealing with the gap that exists between doubt and faith. Believing things, or not, and knowing how to keep our hearts open and our feet planted on the ground at the same time sits in the middle of this particular lesson. As far as ‘believing things’ goes, just because we believe something to be true, doesn’t make it true—as much as NOT believing in something doesn’t mean it’s false.
We are bound to get whipped around by tons of “I’m right and they’re wrong” BS. Don’t be surprised if it crops up.
The ability to swim in a sea of tolerance when it comes to other people and their difference is the mark of a spiritual being. As the week progresses, keep that piece in mind, stay centered in a place of conscious awareness, and enjoy this week’s ‘scopes.
