This week’s Horoscopes are coming out under the light of a Virgo Sun, a waxing, Libra Moon, and a bevy of aspects that have us teetering on the brink of something huge. Between the headlines and the crystal ball, rumor has it that the shit really IS about to hit the fan — but we’ve heard that one many times before.
Who knows which way things are going to roll? This is one of those times when free will has as much to say about the direction things take as any of the stuff that gets used to keep feeding our fears. The whole ball of wax could definitely go right up in smoke — but I have a feeling this could just as easily be about the human family waking up in such a way that, from this moment on, trust, harmony, and peace become the order of the day.
I say this because the Nodal Axis of the Moon will be sitting on the Aries Point from now through Oct. 31. In previous conversations I’ve mentioned that the Aries Point is of great import because transits to that degree of the zodiac impact all of humanity. The Nodal Axis of the Moon is the line, or the thread that weaves life on planet Earth into the slip stream of energy that connects the Third Dimension to the heart of creation. I don’t know about you, but when I layer these two images over each other, I see a metaphor for the Ascension Process.
For the next month and a half we are looking at a period that could very well lead to that — because auxiliary aspects between Siwa, Mercury, and Uranus, will combine with an opposition from Jupiter to Neptune, in a configuration that looks like a prescription for a total consciousness shift and/or, a revolution.
To top it all off, the minute Saturn enters Sagittarius on Sept. 19, it will form a Grand Trine with the Aries Point, and with the asteroid Astraea. If your mythological IQ has atrophied, I am here to remind you that Saturn is Father Time. He is also the Grim Reaper, the one who oversees birth and death here in the Third Dimension. If you’ve never heard of Astraea, she is one of the Three Norns, or the Three Fates. Astraea is the one who decides when the time has come to finally cut the cord.
Stir the Grim Reaper into the same stew with the Fate whose forte is dropping the axe: add everyone on the planet and all of their issues into the mix, and what do you come up with? Fortunately for us, this is a Fire Trine: and because the nature of this aspect comes with a saving grace, I am going to stick my neck out and say against all odds, “Everything’s gonna be just fine.”
Those of you who are of the mind that nothing really changed at the 2012 Winter Solstice, need to realize that the lines of demarcation are not cut and dried, nor are these things always apparent to the naked eye when you’re looking at them with Third Dimensional vision. If the 2012 date was where we drew the line, it has taken three years for us to adjust to whatever it’s going to take to break on through to the other side. Caught between images of Armageddon, and the thought that something quite the opposite might be going on, while no one was looking ‘something’ has come along to show us that, that ‘Old Black Magic’ just isn’t working for anyone, anymore.
I don’t expect this to be some sort of Rapturous thing — although who knows? It could be. What I sense is going on is that we are remembering, individually and collectively, who we really are, each in our own sphere of influence, each in our own good time. As the Equinox approaches, and yet another eclipse casts-on another stitch in time between the Sun and the Moon, the space between now and the Halloween cross quarter will be full of more change and transformation than we can shake a stick at.
When it comes to that, my advice would be; strap yourself in and let love, truth, beauty, trust, harmony, and peace serve as touchstones for everything you do — and as you sit down to enjoy your weekly predictions, keep in mind that this is a huge free will moment and that, you are happening to life, life is not happening to you.
