Transformation, defined

The meaning of transformation is simple, yet interesting, especially when applied in the contest of our Body Transformation Challenge.

“Transformation” is a noun with synonyms including: change, alteration, mutation, conversion, metamorphosis, transfiguration, remodeling, reshaping, redoing, reconstruction, rebuilding, reorganization, rearrangement, reworking, renewal, revamp, remaking, remake. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines transformation as “a complete or major change in someone’s or something’s appearance, form, etc.”

When embarking on a transformation of your body, therefore, it requires a “complete” or “major” change by definition. This is not a minor undertaking and while it will require significant work, the results will be proportionally rewarding!
