Pittsfield voters invited to meeting on proposed Tweed River Park

PITTSFIELD—The Pittsfield Select Board received an updated plan from DuBois & King for the proposed Tweed River Park. DuBois & King will be conducting a public meeting on Nov. 17, 2015 at 6 p.m. to take questions and comments from registered Pittsfield voters. The plan is on public display on the properties slated for the proposed park (Route 100 and Parmenter Place). Representatives from White River Partnership and DuBois & King will be present with the Select Board to answer questions. The Select Board extends an invitation to registered Pittsfield voters to make a site visit to the properties, explore, and bring your questions and comments to the meeting. Those unable to attend are encouraged to email their questions to townofpittsfield@myfairpoint.net or stop in at the town offices during business hours to complete a comment form. The plan can also be found on the town website at www.pittsfieldvt.com.
