VNA of the Southwest Region announces new business development and marketing director

RUTLAND—On Aug. 15, the Visiting Nurse Association of the Southwest Region (VNASWR) officially announced that Bernadette C. Robin has joined VNASWR as the director of business development and marketing. With a depth of experience in marketing and communications, Robin brings an integral understanding of healthcare marketing, public relations, and creating and launching communications strategies.
Robin comes back to the VNASWR with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit marketing, communications and fundraising. Robin most recently served as the communications specialist at Rutland Regional Medical Center, where she was responsible for internal and external communications.
Previously, Robin worked as the senior development officer of the Rutland Health Foundation, the fundraising and development office of the Rutland Area VNA & Hospice and Rutland Regional Medical Center. Robin serves on the board of directors of the Housing Trust of Rutland County and is the Vermont State representative on the board of directors of the New England Society of Healthcare Communications.
“I’m honored to be back at the VNASWR,” said Robin. “As healthcare continues to evolve, home health care is critically important to our communities. I look forward to strengthening relationships we have in our communities and reaching out to new partners.”
