CLARENDON — On Oct. 24, 2015, at approx. 6:03 p.m., a member of the Vermont State Police was monitoring traffic on Route 103 in Clarendon when a 2012 Volvo S60 was observed traveling northbound at a high rate of speed — measured at 108 m.p.h. in a 50 m.p.h. speed zone.
