Ski Pico for $45 with a food donation

Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 14-15—KILLINGTON—Pico will once again be partnering with the BROC Community Food Action to support a food raiser December 14 and 15.  Donate three non-perishable food items and receive a $45 all-ages lift ticket.

All lift tickets must be loaded onto a reloadable one pass, our RFID card, and can be purchased for $5 each at the ticket window. The one pass is not transferable.

BROC Community Food Shelves offer food to prevent people from being hungry. They are able to help with emergency food assistance and commodities foods provided by the USDA (Department of Agriculture). The food provided in the form of “food shelves” helps people when in need. Staff help with nutrition information, shopping tips and ways to reduce the risk of a food emergency. Food is usually provided for at least a three day period or longer if circumstances require more. Each year more than 1,500 households are helped with food and donations from the community are essential to help meet this need.
