Rutland Recreation Dept. is once again working with Local Motion to provide an e-bike library. This is a free e-bike lending program that allows Vermont residents to try out an e-bike for three to four days. The purpose behind the program is to allow people the opportunity to try one to aid in the decision as to whether an e-bike is right for them.
