RUTLAND — PEGTV is pleased to announce the addition of Chelsea Tice to its staff as the new government Channel 21 coordinator. Tice grew up in the area and attended the video technology program at Stafford Technical Center and went on to receive her BS in Digital Film & Video Technology at the New England Institute of Art in 2012. During her time in Massachusetts she interned and worked at several access stations. At her last position at Channel 12 in Worcester, Mass., Chelsea instructed ESL (English as a second language) students in video production skills.

“I feel that I’ve acquired a vast amount of skills and experience living and working in Massachusetts. I am beyond excited to be back in Rutland County and to be able to put those skills in action at PEGTV,” said Tice.
