Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller offers bird-friendly workshop

Saturday, May 23 at 8:30 a.m. — WOODSTOCK — Audubon Vermont, Vermont Coverts and the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park are teaming up to offer a guided walking tour of bird-friendly forestry work on Saturday, May 23 from 8:30-11 a.m. This Working Woodlands Workshop, Forestry for the Birds, is an informative, hands-on workshop for the woodland enthusiasts being held at the park. Bring binoculars if you have them and see and hear the changes good forest management can make. The free workshop is easy, covering three miles.
