Friday, March 20 at 1:30 p.m. — RUTLAND — The 40th Army Band’s Liberty Belles woodwind quintet will be performing at The Gables at East Mountain on Friday, March 20 at 1:30 p.m. The program will feature a variety of musical styles including classical, marches, cinema and ragtime.
