  1. This was a great event and a lot of fun. This was my first time participating and I really enjoyed it. Kim did a great job organizing it and we sure got lucky with the weather. It was fun competing against all the chefs from my favorite restaurants and to take 1st place in the independent category and 2nd place overall was a great honor. All the chilies were so good and so different I got really inspired to try some new things. I hope the event continues to grow in popularity and I can’t wait until next year.
