There were 300 bags of groceries at the Castleton Lodge in Killington on Tuesday, June 9, as vehicles began to arrive for the town’s latest grocery giveaway event in partnership with the resort and local fundraisers.  The event was live-streamed by local Internet celebrity Brian Hughes. Killington President and GM Mike Solimano helped announce a contest to pick the date the final snow will be visible on Superstar. Founder of the Killington Relief gofundme, Pamela Martin, explained that since multiple people will likely guess the right date, a points system will determine the official winner, who gets first dibs on prizes.

Every $1 donated to the Killington Relief fund earns one point. Write your guess in the comments section of the page when you donate. You may enter any time until the final snow has disappeared from view of the top Snowshed parking lot.
