Give love with pancakes during Valentine’s breakfast fundraiser in West Pawlet

Sunday, Feb. 14 at 7:30 a.m. — WEST PAWLET — A pancake breakfast will be held Sunday, Feb. 14 in West Pawlet, sponsored by the West Pawlet Volunteer Fire Department. The fundraiser breakfast will be held at the department’s firehouse located at 2806 Vermont Route 153, Main Street, West Pawlet. The firehouse is a handicap accessible site.

Breakfast servings are from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. All are welcome. The breakfast menu features pancakes of several varieties including regular, chocolate chip, blueberry and cranberry and local maple syrup; as well as waffles, West Pawlet’s world-famous home fries, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Beverages available include coffee, tea, milk and orange juice.

Breakfast prices are $9 for age 12 years and up, $5 for ages 5 to 12 and free to children under the age of 5 years. 

Breakfast profits are dedicated for the department’s equipment and training needs. Donations are appreciated and are gratefully received. New members to the department are welcome.
