Frank Sinatra impressionist to appear at local expo

Saturday, April 11 at 9 a.m. — RUTLAND — The fourth annual Central Vermont 50+ Expo will return to Rutland on Saturday, April 11 at the Holiday Inn Conference Center from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

The Expo is a day of fun and learning designed for Vermonters age 50 and older, though all ages are welcome to attend. This free event includes more than 40 exhibitors offering useful information and giveaways, health and travel workshops and demos/instruction in art, gardening and fashion. A highlight of the event will be the Voices of Yesteryear Concert featuring professional singing impressionist George Lyons at 2 p.m. Lyons performs all over the Northeast, doing spot-on impressions of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Neil Diamond and many more.  

Attendees can enter to win two round-trip plane tickets to Boston courtesy of Cape Air.  Admission is free.
