Billings Backyard Series continues with holiday gifts from the kitchen 

A chef-led, live online workshop

Saturday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m.—WOODSTOCK—Make something special this year! Holiday gifts from the kitchen, led by Billings Farm’s Chef Emery Gray, is your guide to making and shipping the perfect homemade cookies and teas to friends and family near and far.

Follow along with Chef Emery as she makes “chocolate mint crackles” and “citrus and jam birdsnest” cookies along with recipes for infused herbal teas. Using ingredients you might find from your garden or your favorite local source, she will show you how to delight the special people in your life while cooking with environmental sustainability in mind.

This live online Zoom workshop is accessible from anywhere and will be presented on Saturday, Dec. 5  from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.   In addition to step-by-step preparation of the recipes, Chef Emery will provide tips on presenting and shipping your homemade gifts to faraway friends and family.
