May 1 and 2 — RUTLAND — The Paramount Theatre brings two entertaining acts to the stage this weekend, for two nights of laughter and nostalgia.

On Friday, May 1 at 7:30 p.m., “The Rat Pack is Back” takes to the stage. Relive the days of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Joey Bishop and Sammy Davis Jr. in this popular and entertaining Las Vegas tribute show, “The Rat Pack is Back.” It’s vintage Vegas at its best, honoring the talents and music of the infamous Rat Pack. This talented troupe has performed worldwide, including 40 states in the U.S., for more than a decade. Now with a permanent show where it all started, the Vegas entertainers perform all the golden hits, including “That’s Amore,” “Ain’t That a Kick in the Head,” “Drink to Me Only with Thine Eyes,” “What Kind of Fool Am I,” “Luck Be a Lady” and “New York New York.” Tickets are $35-$75.

Then, on Saturday, May 2, armed with nothing but their sharp wit, comedians Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood create hilarious and original scenes in their two-man show. The performance is live at The Paramount at 8 p.m. Known by TV audiences for their work on “Whose Line is it Anyway?”, Colin & Brad improvise new material every night from audience suggestions and participation — “interactive” in every sense of the word, Colin and Brad will take the audience on a comedic high-wire act — just like a live version of “Whose Line!” Get ready for a night of non-stop laughter for all ages! Tickets are $54.75-$64.75.

Tickets for both shows are available by calling 802-775-0903 or online at www.paramountlive.org.
