Personal training now available at Spa at The Woods

Manhattan trainer James Sherman will now offer personal fitness training sessions at the Spa at The Woods in Killington. 

A native Vermonter, Sherman has trained in martial arts, self-defense, and fitness. He is certified under IKMA in Israel in Krav Maga — the official self-defense system of the Israel Defense Forces. A past winner of the Manhattan Trainer Olympics, Sherman built a successful personal fitness training career at Equinox and Duomo gyms in Manhattan, New York, training business leaders and celebrities. One student wrote: “James Sherman is such a gem. I had my first session today and it was awesome.”

One-hour training sessions include overall health, longevity — tendons, ligaments, muscles, cardiovascular; increasing performance for an event or sports; rehab for injuries; as well as nutrition and fitness goals. 

Early morning or late afternoon sessions are available Monday through Friday. Introductory sessions are complimentary. Training sessions are $100, and a series of $10 sessions is $800. Training session packages are also available and make the perfect gift of health for your loved ones.
