Saturday, Oct. 16 at 1-4 p.m. — CASTLETON —The Greater Killington Women’s Club invites you for a bike ride to celebrate autumn on the D&H Rail Trail in Castleton. (Rain date Sunday, Oct. 17).
This is a very flat & scenic dirt/gravel trail so no skinny tires! The plan is to meet at the Castleton College guest parking lot at 1 pm. We will ride as far as people feel comfortable (it is 9 miles to Poultney) and then return to the parking lot for a tailgate gathering! There will be hot spiced cider to warm us up, and each participant will receive a mum plant.
