Hands-on touch-a-truck event to delight children of all ages

September 18 at Pittsford Village Farm

Saturday, Sept. 18 at 9 a.m.—PITTSFORD—Children of all ages and adults alike are invited to climb aboard a variety of vehicles at the Touch- A-Truck event on Saturday, Sept. 18 at Pittsford Village Farm. The rain date is Sept. 25.

The community, family-friendly event offers children and families a hands-on opportunity to explore a variety of construction equipment, emergency response vehicles, trucks, tractors, machinery and more. They will also have a chance to meet people who build, protect, and serve the Pittsford area.

The schedule for the event is:

  • 9-10 a.m. Horn-free hour (for children with special needs and sensitive ears)
  • 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Open full displays and demonstrations

All are welcome. Parking is free, and refreshments will be available. The event is free with a suggested donation of $5 per family to support future family events.
