Wine & Nine is here

Sunday, July 18 — KILLINGTON — This weekend, the Killington Pico Area Association (KPAA), along with Farrell Distributing, will host the annual Killington Wine Festival, one of the regions signature summer events.

The tradition — over twenty years running — features events over the course of the weekend that highlight hundreds of wines from dozens of wineries. This year, the Festival includes the Wine & Nine on Sunday, July 18.

This special, nine hole golf tournament allows participants to hit the links with friends while sipping specialty wines and enjoying small bites on select holes. After the tournament, players will return to the clubhouse for prizes and a gourmet dinner catered by the Resort.

The weekend also features the Wine Trail, a program by local restaurants that offers curated wine pairings, tasting dinners and wine specials throughout July.

Of course, the Festival allows the opportunity to purchase from the carefully selected wines. A portion of the proceeds from every bottle purchased will be donated back to the KPAA, supporting local businesses while celebrating all the vino on offer.
