Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 6 p.m.—CHITTENDEN—Contrary to the image that most Dutch people resisted the Nazis, only a small percentage actively participated—many of them women delivering messages or smuggling children to safety.
Award-winning author Mary Fillmore will explore how people decided to resist, what they actually did, and what the results were. Fillmore is a Vermont Humanities Speaker.
This event is free and open to the public.
