Slightly Off Center opens in downtown Rutland

RUTLAND–Slightly Off Center is a cozy, intimate and inviting boutique selling women’s jewelry and home accessories, and gifts made locally and from around the world.

Slightly off Center is located 146 West St., in downtown Rutland (across from the Post Office).
