Saturday, May 6, 8:30 a.m.—RUTLAND—Once again the Rutland Kiwanis Club and the Rutland Recreation & Parks Department will be hosting a special fishing day for children up to age 13 on Saturday, May 6 from 8:30-11 a.m. at Combination Pond. A parent/guardian must accompany the child. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. Prizes are awarded in various categories.
Fish will be provided by the Vermont Fish & Game Department.
Combination Pond is located at 9 Sharon Drive, Rutland.
There is no charge to participate. Bring the family to enjoy the event around the pond.
