Rutland’s Really Big Show announces its 19th annual performance, benefits United Way

Applications due Oct. 1; auditions held Oct. 3 and 7

RUTLAND — The nineteenth annual Really Big Show will be held at the Paramount Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. This year’s show is will include a variety of exciting performances, showcasing local performers.

Show auditions are scheduled for Friday, Oct. 3 and Tuesday, Oct. 7.

The audition applications deadline is September 30, 2014.  Applications can be downloaded at www.uwrutlandcounty.org or they are available at the United Way of Rutland County office located in the Longfellow Building (2nd floor), 6 Church Street or at People’s United Bank, 87 West Street.

Participants must be 10 years old and not a professional entertainer. The cost to audition is $5 for single acts, and $10 for groups of two or more. Auditions will be held on Oct. 3 and 7 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Rutland Intermediate School on Library Avenue.
Show tickets will go on sale on Oct. 2 at the Paramount Ticket Box Office, 802-775-0903.  All proceeds from the Really Big Show XIX benefit the United Way of Rutland County.
