Lady Phantoms raise funds for Woman to Woman

PROCTOR—The Lady Phantoms of Proctor High School presented Woman to Woman (W2W) with a check for $1,001 from their fundraising event — the Lady Phantoms vs. Cancer soccer games. Ladies from W2W had the opportunity to meet and thank these young women on the soccer field and again at their school where they presented them in return with a framed picture of the event. W2W would also like to thank Dawn Pedro of Premier Designs in Rutland for her generous donation of $750 from a recent fundraising opportunity she organized. W2W is an open support group for women of all ages who have been diagnosed, at any time in their lives, with any type of cancer and who live in the Rutland County area of Vermont.
