Wanted: women hockey players

RUTLAND—Join the women of the The Rutland Cutting Edge ice hockey team and beat the winter blues! Whether you have never played before or have been looking for a chance to get back on the ice, the team provides the opportunity for you to get involved and learn. The recreational team that practices Sunday nights and plays in house league games on Thursdays.
The team’s second session will start with a game on Thursday Jan. 5 at 8 p.m. and practice on Sunday, Jan. 8 at 7 p.m.
The team also provides a Learn-to-Play program on Sundays at 6 p.m. and has equipment available to help get new players started. It’s all about great exercise, camaraderie and fun! For more info. email: rutlandcuttingedges@gmail.com.
