Saturday, Sept. 13 at 5 p.m. — The Windsor County Democratic Committee will host a pasta Dinner and silent Auction on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at Damon Hall, in Hartland. Gov. Peter Shumlin will be the honored guest, along with many other local and state-wide candidates, including Secretary of State Jim Condos, Treasurer Beth Pearce, and Auditor Doug Hoffer.
Doors open at 5 p.m. The auction will offer handmade items from Windsor County artists and craftspeople, and other items such as gift certificates to B & Bs, restaurants and more. There will be appetizers and music by Davey Davis. Following the 6 p.m. dinner, Gov. Shumlin and other candidates will address the crowd.
The suggested donation is $12.
