Members of the Ludlow town crew helped to remove old radiators at the Black River Academy Museum.

LUDLOW — The original radiators in the Black River Academy Museum building are over 125 years old and have been deteriorating for some time; they are now springing leaks that can no longer be repaired. Last week, members of the town crew from Ludlow — Ron Tarbell, Bill Davis, Tim Olesky, Ray Wood and Chris Barlow — powered them out the door, down the steps and into a front-end loader to be taken away. BRAM is located at 14 High Street, Ludlow, Vt. For more information visit bramvt.org.
