May brings two aces to OVGC

LUDLOW – Okemo Valley Golf Club ended the month of May with two holes-in-one on the books.

On May 10, Judy Luce, of Randolph, Vt., had the honor of making the first hole-in-one of the 2016 golf season at OVGC. Luce aced the 8th hole from the gold tee, using her 5-hybrid, for a 122-yard hole-in-one. Susan Terry, Carol Buckley and Donna Becker witnessed the amazing feat.

Dave Claggett, of Weston, Vt., made the second hole-in-one of the season at OVGC on May 31.
Claggett aced the 17th hole from the gold tee for a 105-yard hole-in-one. He made the shot with his pitching wedge. Dick Spaulding and Paul Doyle witnessed.
