Theatre Lab holds auditions for “Sunset Boulevard” at Brandon Town Hall

Saturday, March 19 at 3:30 p.m. — BRANDON — The Vermont Theatre Lab will be holding auditions downstairs at the Brandon Town Hall on Saturday, March 19 at 3:30 p.m.for “Sunset Boulevard” by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

VTL is looking for actors, singers, and dancers, age 16 and up. Artists wanting to be considered for a solo/featured role should bring a one-minute cut of any classic musical theatre song of their choosing. Please bring sheet music, accompanist provided. Artists should arrive wearing clothes to move in.

The auditions are a group call. Please arrive on time as artists will begin all together with movement exercises and ensemble singing. Once the group call is over, soloist/feature artists will begin.

“Sunset Boulevard” will be a large community collaboration in memory of Bette Moffett. Moffett was a Brandon resident for years, a true star in this state. From her performing to her compassion for school programs and libraries, she was the definition of a true Vermonter. This project promises to be an honorable experience for all involved and a much deserved dedication to Ms. Moffett.
