The tournament  saw 34 teams competing for division titles. Among them, three local RAHA teams represented Rutland throughout the tournament, with two bringing home state championship titles.

Despite a tough start, the team secured a 9-5 victory, led by Kayden Bedard, who celebrated his 11th birthday with a hat trick. Izaiah Hollinger contributed four goals, while Brian Peterson added two more. With this win, the team capped off an undefeated season and claimed the 10U Tier 2 Vermont State Championship Title.

On Saturday afternoon, the RAHA 10U Tier 4 team faced SASA in a closely contested match but fell 3-2. Gabe Johnson scored an unassisted goal, while Keegan Murray netted the second goal with an assist from Landon Bushee.

The final local victory came Sunday evening when the RAHA 14U Tier 3 team battled Middlebury in a nail-biting game. Landon Minichiello, Jaydon McKeighan, and Collin Severance each found the back of the net, securing a 3-2 win and another championship title for RAHA.

The championship weekend began on Friday, Feb. 28, with a 2-1 win by CVBB’s 10U Tier 5 team and concluded on Sunday, March 2, in dramatic fashion, with CVBB winning 5-4 in overtime against SASA for the 14U Tier 2 National Bound Championship title.
