Saturday, April 22—KILLINGTON—The Killington Mountain Bike Club (KMBC) is hosting an Earth Day clean-up Saturday, April 22 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting from Base Camp in Killington.
It’s the Killington Mountain Bike Club’s first community trail day of the season.
“Help us celebrate Earth Day by picking up trash and helping to prepare the trails for bike season!” the club stated. “Please dress appropriately for working outside and performing manual labor. We suggest bringing water, work gloves, and any tools you may have.”
Bags and gloves will be provided. Feel free to bring trash grabbers and buckets in lieu of bags.
The Killington Mountain Bike Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization responsible for the building and stewardship of trails in the Killington region.
This Earth Month cleanup is in partnership with AllTrails as organizations come together to care for outdoor spaces, and give back to trails, parks, and cityscapes nationwide.
