Democrat Alison Johannensen and Democrat/Republican David Singer were on track to win Windsor County assistant judge positions on Tuesday night.
Johannensen seemed to be the top vote-getter before all the ballots were counted, with about 27.3% of the vote. Singer was next with 21.5% of the vote. They appeared to defeat Independent Michael Ricci, who was appointed to the position last year. Ricci got 17.69% of the vote in unofficial results.
