Young snowboarder secures sponsors, talent agency

By Sheri Curtin

Harley Ruffle, the 4-year-old snowboard phenomenon from Killington, continues to make waves in the snowboard industry in the off season.

By Jill Ruffle
Snowboarder Harley Ruffle, 4, is making a name for himself.

Ruffle is a team rider for VTSP (Vermont Slope Posse) with multiple sponsorships. He’s now part of Wasserman Sports Talent Agency out of Los Angeles under Circe Wallace — one of the highest regarded action sports agency in the world.

The Ruffle family had some big decisions to make as for boards bindings etc. for the upcoming season, but have settled on Nidecker boards and boots with Flow bindings. When asked why they went with Nidecker over other offers, his mother Jill Ruffle said,“We felt Nidecker puts a lot into the craftsmanship of kids’ boards, it seems like the perfect fit.”

Harley is the youngest rider for Nidecker and the youngest to be signed by Wasserman. For more information, follow Ruffle on social media @lilhomie802 and watch his progression this season ripping on Nidecker.
