Killington Boot Camp hosts open house

Saturday, May 28 at 8 a.m.— Head to Killington Boot Camp located upstairs at Base Camp Outfitters at the base of Killington Road for an open house from 8 a.m. to noon this Saturday. Everything is free!

Take the DEKA Fire Bodyweight Fitness Challenge with our new Coach Andrew Stowe anytime from 8-10:30 a.m.

Other events include:

  • Outdoor Boot Camp circuit demos 8-9 a.m.
  • Trapeze yoga demos begin at 9 a.m.
  • Try out a boxing circuit with Coach Ryan Surrell 9:30-10:15 a.m.
  • Join a 20 minute core express class at 9 a.m .or 10:30 a.m.
  • Join our myofascial release and restorative stretch class at 11 a.m.
  • Enter a raffle to win a fitness package from Killington Boot Camp
