Wednesday, March 30 at 3-7 p.m. — CHESTER — It’s prom time and the Chester Andover Family Center’s annual community service project, “Everyone Deserves a Special and Affordable Prom Outfit!” is back. We are celebrating the return of prom night with an open house prom shopping event on Wednesday, March 30 from 3-7 p.m. at the Family Center.
This is a wonderful opportunity for area teens to find their perfect prom outfit. We have a large selection of prom wear for girls and guys, including over 100 dresses, suits and tuxedos. All are either new or in like new condition. You can also shop for accessories such as shoes, shirts, ties, wraps and jewelry to complete your look.
At a suggested donation of $20, prom goers can put together a dress or tux outfit with all the accessories. Please join us tonight, March 30, from 3-7 p.m. for a fun and affordable shopping spree. We will have the music going and dressing rooms set up.
If you cannot make it to our open house, the Prom Room will be open for shopping during regular thrift shop hours during April and May. Thrift shop hours are Thursday from 1-4 p.m., Fridays 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
