Killington Resort’s 100 Day Club celebrates 1,000 days

The 100 Day Club is a badge of honor for Killington Resort regulars. As part of the club, guests receive an exclusive hat, sticker, commemorative poster and a private party at the Wobbly Barn and some serious bragging rights. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the club, and 20 skiers are expected to join the 10 Year Club with at least 1,000 days of skiing and riding over the last decade at Killington Resort.

The club was founded in 2012 by Robert Kovalesky, who has loyally skied the Beast since 1965. He will be among the elite crowd to reach the 1,000 day milestone, and said: “I’ve had the pleasure of skiing and riding and getting to know so many members, and it’s not about me, it’s about them. It’s their incredible passion and commitment to Killington. It served as an inspiration for so many guests that we’ve all met both on and off the slopes.”

“The 100 Day Club hits the 1,000-day mile marker this year,” said Mike Solimano, president and general manager of Killington Resort and Pico Mountain. “Last season more than 400 skiers and riders logged 100 days, and this year 20 of those guests hit the 10-year mark. It takes a lot of dedication to do it once but to do every year for 10 years is pretty amazing.”

As the season continues the following skiers and riders have entered the 1,000 Day Club: Dave Dixon, Barb Marshall, Rick Schirm, Tucker Lange, Lynn Munsinger, Greg Pencak, Paul Holmes, Ronald Weiss, Peggy Golonka, Larry Golonka, Mark Bergstrom, Rob Kovalesky, Ron Hacker, Jim Grimm, Jim Harris, Michael Krinsky, Bradley Leabourne, Mark Bragg, Scott Gordon and Forrest Baker.
