Saturday, Nov. 20—KILLINGTON— There’s a new restaurant in town and it’ll be opening for the first time this Saturday, Nov. 20 in Killington. The grand opening event will feature Gracie Grace & the Good Boys at 4 p.m. and Aldous Collins band at 7 p.m.
Rivershed is located in the former Peppino’s restaurant (747 Killington Road). After purchasing the building in June, owner Kara Tondorf has spend the past five months making significant renovations to the place.
The Killington location is the third branch of the successful restaurant inspired by Tondorf’s love for the food, music, and culture in Nashville. The other two restaurants are located in Scituate and Braintree, Massachusetts.
Chef Nevin Perry has created a wide variety of menu items with specialties being burgers, tacos, barbecue and of course craft beer.
